3. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 6963 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Available deposit methods include DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and selected e-wallet options. All deposits are subject to the minimum and maximum limits set by the platform from time to time.
Winning withdrawals will be processed to the Malaysian bank account registered under the same name as your 6963 account. Processing times range from one to twenty-four working hours. The platform reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal that exceeds the specified threshold.
Confirmed deposits cannot be reversed. Refund requests will only be considered where there is a clear and demonstrable technical error on the part of the platform. Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account details provided are accurate — the platform is not liable for any delays or failed transfers resulting from incorrect account information.
4. Usage Rules & Prohibitions

Where an account is closed due to user misconduct, any balance associated with fraudulent activity may not be recoverable.
Amendments to Terms
6963 reserves the right to amend, add to, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the website. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
